- The On-Call Coordinator and Caregiver position is a dual role that combines both in-office coordination and field caregiving responsibilities
- This role is designed for a dependable and compassionate professional who will alternate weekly between on-call duties and caregiving shifts.
- Be available for on-call duties during weekends from Friday 8am to Monday 8am
- Be available for caregiving responsibilities Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm
- Coordinate and adjust schedules to meet client care needs
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally
- Three years of experience minimum as a CNA or similar position
- Family-oriented business, warm work environment.
- We service Katy and surrounding areas (Richmond, Brookshire, and Fulshear).
- Started in Katy in 2019, growing ever since. Serving private clients, veterans, and long-term insurance clients

- Flexible schedule in your community and close to home. *
- Ability to work independently and stay composed in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Maintain open communication with clients, families and office staff.
- Flexibility to fill in as a caregiver when necessary
- Must have prior experience in all personal care and safely transferring clients with gait belt and Hoyer lift.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, and valid driver’s license.
